Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Virgilio Omero got the match started through his kick off. Virgilio Omero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Niceto Llope fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leon Iyan having to interfere. Luisito Sesuldo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Leon Iyan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nicolas Bras during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Nicolas Bras hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. If Virgilio Omero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Virgilio Omero who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 14thth minute tested the skills of Leon Iyan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 15 minutes into the game, one of Boedo Juniors:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After 21 played minutes Ayacucho Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Cosme Ostargi. Prospero Efraim shot from long distance in the 22nd minute, but Leon Iyan was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. After some careless play in the Boedo Juniors defense, Severo Vigil kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ignacio Gudesteo. The Boedo Juniors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ignacio Gudesteo should have stopped the shot. In the 28th minute, Esteban Urti got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 33 minutes into the match, Boedo Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Esteban Urti came free, but Ignacio Gudesteo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 33 minutes of play, Ayacucho Futbol Club's Esteban Urti made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ignacio Gudesteo was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Niceto Llope had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Niceto Llope managed to get in a good position for a shot. Boedo Juniors's supporters rose to their feet, but Niceto Llope was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leon Iyan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half Ayacucho Futbol Club were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Esteban Urti made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, Boedo Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niceto Llope to maneuver through the defense. When Luisito Sesuldo fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Boedo Juniors's protests and gave Luisito Sesuldo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 68th match minute, Boedo Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luisito Sesuldo to maneuver through the defense. In the 70th minute Esteban Urti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ignacio Gudesteo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Boedo Juniors's defense didn't have a chance, in the 81st minute, when Americo Firmo scored to the left of an out of position Ignacio Gudesteo, making the score, 0-4. Niceto Llope fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leon Iyan having to interfere. If Niceto Llope had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle went the supporters of Ayacucho Futbol Club were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Boedo Juniors side.
