In the 20th minute Fermin Piarres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliseo Benitez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eliseo Benitez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carolo Kimetz, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Leandro Palos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nemesio Donostia in the 28th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Tia Olga FC defense, Ruben Gonsalve kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leandro Palos. The Tia Olga FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leandro Palos should have stopped the shot. Leandro Palos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruben Gonsalve in the 86th minute of play.
