The supporters of C.A Talleres de Córdoba booed when Defensores Del Sur was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristian Rocio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mariano Justin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 倪超常 in the 15th minute of play. C.A Talleres de Córdoba's Ramiro Christobal got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 28 minutes of play, C.A Talleres de Córdoba's Artur Juřička made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mariano Justin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cristian Rocio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 40 minutes into the match, Defensores Del Sur's goal looked a bit too open when Artur Juřička came free, but Mariano Justin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Artur Juřička to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st play minute 倪超常 came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Mariano Justin. 1-4. Defensores Del Sur's supporters crossed their fingers, but Samuel Virila was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the C.A Talleres de Córdoba defense, Cristian Rocio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Serafino Dayam. The C.A Talleres de Córdoba fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Serafino Dayam should have stopped the shot. In the 73rd minute, Leo Pelagius made a precise shot to the right of Serafino Dayam. C.A Talleres de Córdoba's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-4. With a little luck, Defensores Del Sur's Mariano Justin got control of the ball when 倪超常 tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Artur Juřička got free with Mariano Justin in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Samuel Virila fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Defensores Del Sur's protests and gave Samuel Virila a yellow card for diving instead. After 88 minutes of play, C.A Talleres de Córdoba's Ramiro Christobal made it 3-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mariano Justin was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. C.A Talleres de Córdoba had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
