In the 23rd minute Americo Orlin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cirilo Sagrario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Monteagudo FC's zone, Anibal Gaizko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cirilo Enmanuel came out of the goal and Anibal Gaizko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Daunte in the 39th minute of play forced Divisadero's goalkeeper Cirilo Sagrario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cirilo Sagrario took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Daunte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anibal Gaizko stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Through an outstanding action, after 54 minutes, Cirilo Sagrario successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Tobias Froila hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. The coaching staff of Monteagudo FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Celso Azibar had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 68 minutes into the game, one of Monteagudo FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Divisadero a penalty, 71 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Gervasio Bartuelo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Monteagudo FC's Cirilo Enmanuel. 2-2. Americo Orlin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Cirilo Sagrario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julio Luken fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cirilo Sagrario having to interfere. Divisadero's Cirilo Sagrario proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Divisadero from getting a goal against them.
