Cipriano Domingues showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Constantino Bide kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. A hard shot 16 in the game by Cipriano Domingues from a close distance when the talented Amadeo Intxixu managed to make a qualified save. LA CARLOTA FC's players were relieved. Danilo Tabor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cipriano Domingues got free with Amadeo Intxixu in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 44 minutes into the match, Muñoz's goal looked a bit too open when Damaso Rutenio came free, but Serafino Ignazio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Damaso Rutenio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Danilo Tabor to strike the kick off in the second half. Serafino Ignazio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Armando Clis in the 54th minute. Serafino Ignazio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damaso Rutenio in the 55th minute of the match. After 57 minutes Muñoz's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Constantino Bide who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Constantino Bide got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Serafino Ignazio quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Amadeo Intxixu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Danilo Tabor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Armando Clis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64th match minute, Muñoz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julio Manni to maneuver through the defense. If Constantino Bide had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in LA CARLOTA FC's zone, Danilo Tabor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amadeo Intxixu came out of the goal and Danilo Tabor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Amadeo Intxixu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Danilo Tabor, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Damaso Rutenio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Serafino Ignazio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Constantino Bide's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Serafino Ignazio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. The supporters of Muñoz booed when LA CARLOTA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armando Clis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amadeo Intxixu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Danilo Tabor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Anier Weather came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Muñoz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anier Weather couldn't finish the play.
