Lucio Selmo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benicio Karmel's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Gabriel Nofre got his second yellow card in the match during the 18th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 96th minute Saul Bautista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristo Aresti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jaramillo played a much better game than Manchester United and deserved their victory. The Manchester United players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
