In the 14th minute, Ruben Feliu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 14 minutes, Lucio Ponciano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Berreta FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucio Ponciano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Berreta FC booed when Jaramillo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruben Feliu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benicio Karmel struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Fabio Larra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jaramillo. In the 22nd minute Kai Nork shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristo Aresti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabio Larra made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Benicio Karmel sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucio Ponciano in the 25th minute of play forced Jaramillo's goalkeeper Cristo Aresti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute, Kai Nork made a precise shot to the right of Cristo Aresti. Jaramillo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. A collision led to Jaramillo getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Eloy Erasto hit a great ball. 31 minutes into the match, Jaramillo's goal looked a bit too open when Kai Nork came free, but Cristo Aresti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute, 温枫迅 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benicio Karmel got free with Fabio Larra in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jaramillo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Aquiles Javiar in the 41st minute. Jaramillo's Narciso Luzea was substituted for Roque Rozarius. After 49 played minutes Jaramillo got a freekick which was hit by Eloy Erasto.

The wind increased when Benicio Karmel made the kick off in the second half. Alvaro Eneto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. After 60 played minutes Jaramillo got a freekick which was hit by 温枫迅. In the 66th minute, Benicio Karmel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabio Larra was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Teofilo Chorache received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Fabio Larra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristo Aresti was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lucio Ponciano showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 73 minute of play. In the 77th minute, Melquiades Eriz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 79 minutes into the match, Berreta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Melquiades Eriz came free, but Fabio Larra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th minute, Alvaro Eneto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 89 minutes into the match, Melquiades Eriz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fabio Larra. Berreta FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Melquiades Eriz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. When the final whistle went the supporters of Berreta FC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Jaramillo side.
