The shot was a little too simple and Tomas Leguizamón could save by the left post. The supporters of Barcelona F C booed when Crucero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benedicto Abreu didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Crucero getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Nereo Larpe hit a great ball. After having played for 15 minutes, 许城鹏 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Crucero's supporters crossed their fingers, but 许城鹏 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Barcelona F C's Maximiliano Lop got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 24th minute, Gonzalo Sazon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tomas Leguizamón didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gonzalo Sazon went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 38th minute, Gonzalo Sazon reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tomas Leguizamón. The goal made the score 2-0. Gonzalo Sazon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomas Leguizamón having to interfere. After some careless play in the Barcelona F C defense, Guaberto Pancho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tomas Leguizamón. The Barcelona F C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tomas Leguizamón should have stopped the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

After 77 played minutes Barcelona F C got a freekick which was hit by Maximiliano Lop. Tomas Leguizamón took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gonzalo Sazon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee ended the match the Crucero players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
