Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) soda stereo's Isidoro Boni started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Emanuel Osorio fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sopanta AFC's protests and gave Emanuel Osorio a yellow card for diving instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isidoro Boni in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jesus Ascencio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Isidoro Boni came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the soda stereo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isidoro Boni couldn't finish the play. In the 14th minute of the game Marcelino Nazario made a throw-in which Oscar Sein played forward. Celestino Chesus kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Oscar Sein blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rene Aznar having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Benjamin Nisio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sopanta AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Benjamin Nisio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rene Aznar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sopanta AFC's Jesus Ascencio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Devon Simms in the 25th minute of play. Benjamin Nisio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Rene Aznar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jesus Ascencio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonio Roldan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the game, soda stereo's Isidoro Boni nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jesus Ascencio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After a rather tough play, soda stereo's Antonio Roldan got a free kick in the 44th minute. Roque Viviano struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Rene Aznar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sopanta AFC. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roque Viviano made a kick off. After 56 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for soda stereo! After 62 played minutes, Sopanta AFC's Esteve Ellande shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rene Aznar came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sopanta AFC reached it. Benjamin Nisio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Antonio Roldan kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Isidoro Boni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Devon Simms fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jesus Ascencio having to interfere. Roque Viviano scored 2-1 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rene Aznar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Roque Viviano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Rene Aznar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 91 minutes, Benjamin Nisio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sopanta AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benjamin Nisio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sopanta AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
