Cássio Tande made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Venancio Iraido fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonas Cordarrol having to interfere. After 52 played minutes Pichanal AFC got a freekick which was hit by Honorio Librado. After a defensive mix-up in Pichanal AFC's zone, Jeremias Gomez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonas Cordarrol came out of the goal and Jeremias Gomez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jeremias Gomez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Although Los Pitufos Asesinos had been in control for most of the match, Pichanal AFC still came away with the win.
