Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Claudio Pirmin got the match started through his kick off. When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Claudio Pirmin put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Genaro Bazil. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Carrizal's goalkeeper Genaro Bazil, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 8th minute, Adan Nafarroa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Genaro Bazil didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Claudio Pirmin went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Hugo Jayvier blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Genaro Bazil having to make a save. Genaro Bazil stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Claudio Pirmin's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Haroldo Kepa took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Genaro Bazil. Genaro Bazil dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Genaro Bazil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Jayvier in the 23rd minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, Carrizal's goal looked a bit too open when Claudio Pirmin came free, but Genaro Bazil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carrizal's Genaro Bazil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Pirmin in the 29th minute of play. If Claudio Pirmin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Genaro Bazil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romulo Cordearo, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Genaro Bazil came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Lomas 's Claudio Pirmin. But to his dismay, Claudio Pirmin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Elias Vergaray's late challenge caught a Lomas 's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Elias Vergaray helped the player get up and apologised. In the 42nd match minute, Carrizal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elias Vergaray to maneuver through the defense. Genaro Bazil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Haroldo Kepa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claudio Pirmin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Genaro Bazil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Carrizal defense, Claudio Pirmin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Genaro Bazil. The Carrizal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Genaro Bazil should have stopped the shot. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Delmiro Eriz to strike the kick off in the second half. Genaro Bazil stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Claudio Pirmin's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. Baldomiro Beltxe charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Baldomiro Beltxe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Lomas fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 59th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Carrizal a penalty, 62 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Julio Pagomari, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Lomas 's Zeledon Leocadio. 1-6. Lomas 's Zeledon Leocadio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elias Vergaray in the 66th minute of play. With a little luck, Carrizal's Genaro Bazil got control of the ball when Hugo Jayvier tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Lomas 's Claudio Pirmin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Genaro Bazil. That made the score 1-7 after 72 minutes of play. Claudio Pirmin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 90 minutes into the match, Carrizal's goalkeeper Genaro Bazil had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Haroldo Kepa. Genaro Bazil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Pirmin in the 91st minute of the match. Claudio Pirmin might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Genaro Bazil. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Claudio Pirmin ran back to his position shaking his head. Claudio Pirmin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Genaro Bazil made a huge save.
