Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Evelio Salomone made the kick off which started today's match. Evelio Salomone recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 7th minute, Evelio Salomone got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Martin Ovando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Loiola, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Mauro Baumar kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Lucas Peruxu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Honorio Frans having to interfere. In the 24th minute Anier Dolfo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Honorio Frans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Evelio Salomone in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Martin Ovando saved Concepción from getting behind. Honorio Frans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Peruxu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 32 minutes into the match, Los Pumas's goal looked a bit too open when Anier Dolfo came free, but Honorio Frans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Concepción's Martin Ovando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Loiola in the 34th minute of play. In the 35th minute Evelio Salomone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Ovando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Manuel Loiola recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Evelio Salomone came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Los Pumas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evelio Salomone couldn't finish the play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Los Pumas's Honorio Frans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anier Dolfo in the 94th minute of play. In the 97th minute Lucas Peruxu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Honorio Frans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
