After having played for 6 minutes, Natalio Cresitobalo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lamponne F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Natalio Cresitobalo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Acheral's Ruperto Romero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiliano Tiadoro in the 7th minute of play. After 9 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Acheral! Honorato Gora showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jose Nazario, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Honorato Gora took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jose Nazario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Acheral's zone, Maximiliano Tiadoro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ruperto Romero came out of the goal and Maximiliano Tiadoro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Lamponne F.C.'s Aristides Bermudo got a free kick in the 22nd minute. In the 28th minute, Jeremias Ciano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Acheral fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Jose Nazario was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 32nd minute. Acheral's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After a defensive mix-up in Lamponne F.C.'s zone, Jeremias Ciano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Honorato Gora came out of the goal and Jeremias Ciano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Honorato Gora showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jose Nazario, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. In the 47th minute Jose Nazario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Honorato Gora saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Adrian Gorosti scored 2-0 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Honorato Gora, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Honorato Gora showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jose Nazario, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Jose Nazario received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Honorato Gora tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Honorato Gora showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeremias Ciano in the 60th minute of the match. Maximiliano Tiadoro in the 62ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ruperto Romero, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Marciano Itzaina hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeremias Ciano in the 65th minute of play forced Lamponne F.C.'s goalkeeper Honorato Gora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pablo Valerio got free with Ruperto Romero in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 80 minutes, Pablo Valerio made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. Acheral's Ruperto Romero tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 87th minute, Natalio Cresitobalo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Natalio Cresitobalo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruperto Romero having to interfere. Lamponne F.C.'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
