The supporters of Terremoto Millonario booed when Deportivo Sivori was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgardo Monte didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Octavio Gagriel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Terremoto Millonario's supporters rose to their feet, but Octavio Gagriel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Severo Ekialde breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Severo Ekialde acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 14th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Reynaldo Bemabe. Severo Ekialde made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Octavio Gagriel sent off a good shot on target. In the 17th minute Edgardo Monte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Placido Nuñez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Deportivo Sivori getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Edgardo Monte hit a great ball. Octavio Gagriel in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Severo Ekialde, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 24 minutes, Edgardo Monte mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Deportivo Sivori and the Terremoto Millonario players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Terremoto Millonario booed when Deportivo Sivori was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgardo Monte didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 28 minutes of play, Deportivo Sivori's Benedicto Felipo made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Placido Nuñez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Higinio Umbruso took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 33rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Placido Nuñez. Terremoto Millonario's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Octavio Gagriel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Severo Ekialde tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 42 minutes into the game, Higinio Palos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Placido Nuñez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The wind increased when Octavio Gagriel made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Terremoto Millonario booed when Deportivo Sivori was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgardo Monte didn't get a good kick on the ball. Octavio Gagriel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severo Ekialde having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, one of Terremoto Millonario:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Terremoto Millonario. Severo Ekialde came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Terremoto Millonario's Octavio Gagriel. But to his dismay, Octavio Gagriel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. In the 79th minute Octavio Gagriel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severo Ekialde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcos Nesor during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Higinio Palos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcos Nesor kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Higinio Palos got free with Placido Nuñez in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Deportivo Sivori's Higinio Palos got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Deportivo Sivori eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
