Adan Elija hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. 17 minutes into the game, Estudiantes de Rio IV's Aquilino Roano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 曲洲思 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. If Aquilino Roano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tadeo Segio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 曲洲思 having to interfere. In the 34th minute, Tadeo Segio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Estudiantes de Rio IV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 40 minutes into the match, Catalina FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tadeo Segio came free, but 曲洲思 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Catalina FC's zone, Dalmacio Perez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 曲洲思 came out of the goal and Dalmacio Perez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 曲洲思 came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Estudiantes de Rio IV's Aquilino Roano. But to his dismay, Aquilino Roano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The Catalina FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Estudiantes de Rio IV were winning 0-3.

Martin Buffard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
