After 3 minutes, Joaquin Bihar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gral. Belgrano and the Arsenal de Cachiba F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. 2 minutes into the game, one of Gral. Belgrano:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Elias Elodio placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Victor Oso in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Damian Donio saved Gral. Belgrano from getting behind. A hard shot 10 in the game by Evelio Bermudez from a close distance when the talented Froilan Serapio managed to make a qualified save. Arsenal de Cachiba F.C's players were relieved. 17 minutes into the game, Arsenal de Cachiba F.C's Victor Oso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Damian Donio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 20 minutes into the match, Victor Oso had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Damian Donio. Gral. Belgrano's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victor Oso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. When Erubiel Leguizamón came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Gral. Belgrano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erubiel Leguizamón couldn't finish the play. 30 minutes into the game, Melquiades Firmin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gral. Belgrano's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arsenal de Cachiba F.C the free kick. After 31 played minutes Gral. Belgrano got a freekick which was hit by Melquiades Firmin. Damian Donio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfonso Sugoi in the 32nd minute of play. Albino Bermund kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. The supporters of Gral. Belgrano booed when Arsenal de Cachiba F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelino Regis didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Gral. Belgrano players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Arsenal de Cachiba F.C were winning 0-2.

After a defensive mix-up in Arsenal de Cachiba F.C's zone, Evelio Bermudez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Froilan Serapio came out of the goal and Evelio Bermudez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 53rd match minute, Arsenal de Cachiba F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisco Mannuel to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Arsenal de Cachiba F.C's zone, Evelio Bermudez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Froilan Serapio came out of the goal and Evelio Bermudez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Victor Oso's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Damian Donio firmly grabbed it by the left post. Salvador Xabat charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Salvador Xabat the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 60th minute, Salvador Xabat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evelio Bermudez in the 63rd minute of play forced Arsenal de Cachiba F.C's goalkeeper Froilan Serapio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Damian Donio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfonso Sugoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 77 minutes, Erubiel Leguizamón managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gral. Belgrano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erubiel Leguizamón was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Evelio Bermudez scored 1-2 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Froilan Serapio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfonso Sugoi in the 84th minute of play forced Gral. Belgrano's goalkeeper Damian Donio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Evelio Bermudez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Froilan Serapio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Arsenal de Cachiba F.C's Froilan Serapio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evelio Bermudez in the 87th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Arsenal de Cachiba F.C walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
