After 40 played minutes Tacuara got a freekick which was hit by Celestino Ieltxu. Tacuara's Ramiro Rodas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 朱义森 in the 41st minute of play. A collision led to GROSO FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Pål Wennerlund hit a great ball. 朱义森 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Ramiro Rodas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 48 minutes into the match, Tacuara's Leo Ramone sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anacleto Videl narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 朱义森 to make the kick off. 朱义森 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. In the 82nd minute, 朱义森 fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ramiro Rodas, passed just outside the right post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aquiles Blasco during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Aquiles Blasco hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. If Leo Ramone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anacleto Videl came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Tacuara's Armando Hernando. But to his dismay, Armando Hernando quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Hernando in the 93rd minute of play forced GROSO FC's goalkeeper Anacleto Videl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If 朱义森 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pål Wennerlund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
