Doriva Paulista came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by San Martin de Tucuman's Baldomiro Incendio. But to his dismay, Baldomiro Incendio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. After 34 minutes CA chacarita Jrs's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Iker Maiorga who took care of the corner kick. San Martin de Tucuman's Iker Maiorga was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Doriva Paulista in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. CA chacarita Jrs's Doriva Paulista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Bladi in the 36th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Baldomiro Incendio notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of CA chacarita Jrs's Doriva Paulista. Doriva Paulista was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Doriva Paulista showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Bladi, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute.
