Mauro Gorri helped the player get up and apologised. In the 13thth minute of the game Aquilino Enol who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Escoceses's Haroldo Benet was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tadeo Herensuge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aquilino Enol struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Haroldo Benet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Remecó. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Aquilino Enol put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Haroldo Benet. Haroldo Benet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aquilino Enol in the 26th minute of play. Tadeo Herensuge fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haroldo Benet having to interfere. Tadeo Herensuge might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Haroldo Benet. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tadeo Herensuge ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 31st minute, Aquilino Enol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Escoceses defense, Juan Criston kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Haroldo Benet. The Escoceses fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Haroldo Benet should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aquilino Enol in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Haroldo Benet saved Escoceses from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Aquilino Enol's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Haroldo Benet was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. When Aquilino Enol came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Remecó fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aquilino Enol couldn't finish the play.

Remecó's supporters rose to their feet, but Mario Conrao was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Haroldo Benet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Aquilino Enol took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Haroldo Benet to make any attempt to save it.
