Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mateo Jurgi kicked off to start the match. After 3 played minutes Medellín got a freekick which was hit by Pablo Saturnin. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hermengildo Olentzaro in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Laurentzi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mateo Jurgi in the 6th minute of play forced Club Atletico El Linqueño's goalkeeper Nestor Gurutz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hermengildo Olentzaro in the 10th minute of play forced Medellín's goalkeeper Pedro Laurentzi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th minute, Club Atletico El Linqueño's Hermengildo Olentzaro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 14 minutes into the match, Medellín's goalkeeper Pedro Laurentzi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rosendo Tono. In the 15th minute Pablo Saturnin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor Gurutz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nestor Gurutz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mateo Jurgi in the 16th minute of play. A hard shot 18 in the game by Rosendo Tono from a close distance when the talented Pedro Laurentzi managed to make a qualified save. Medellín's players were relieved. Rosendo Tono who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 23rdth minute tested the skills of Pedro Laurentzi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Pedro Laurentzi made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Rosendo Tono sent off a good shot on target. Anier Constancio kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Nestor Gurutz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mateo Jurgi in the 31st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Club Atletico El Linqueño's Anier Constancio got a free kick in the 41st minute. In the 42nd minute of the match Celestino Ostargi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nestor Gurutz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Nestor Gurutz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pablo Saturnin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hermengildo Olentzaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Pedro Laurentzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rosendo Tono to make the kick off. The supporters of Club Atletico El Linqueño booed when Medellín was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Garikoitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rosendo Tono during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rosendo Tono hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. After 58 played minutes Medellín got a freekick which was hit by Timoteo Telo. A collision led to Medellín getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Pablo Saturnin hit a great ball. In the 62nd match minute, Club Atletico El Linqueño was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amador Musko to maneuver through the defense. If Hermengildo Olentzaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hermengildo Olentzaro struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Pedro Laurentzi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. Pedro Laurentzi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Club Atletico El Linqueño's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
