Kryspin Watarz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgard Dominic in the 32nd minute of play. 34 minutes into the game, Elpidio Lesardo threw the ball into play from the sideline. Saladillo's Orlando Aurre quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The supporters of Saladillo booed when salta la banca FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Natalio Betadur didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Saladillo were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Edgard Dominic made the kick off in the second half. Jesus Beltran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kris Richard in the 54th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maximo Havier in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jesus Beltran saved Saladillo from getting behind. In the 57th minute, Isidro Quintan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jesus Beltran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Natalio Betadur in the 60th minute of play. The supporters of salta la banca FC booed when Saladillo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgard Dominic didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Adolfo Muc came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Saladillo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adolfo Muc couldn't finish the play. 71 minutes into the match, salta la banca FC's Kris Richard sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jesus Beltran narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jesus Beltran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximo Havier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jesus Beltran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximo Havier in the 86th minute of the match. salta la banca FC's Jonas Urtun managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Tadeo Ihintza in the 88 minute of the game. The salta la banca FC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Saladillo to win.
