Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Leo Venceslas started the match with the kick off. With an all-out effort, Rinconadilla's Jesus Beltran threw himself towards the right post 7 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Leo Venceslas, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Edgard Dominic's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anastasio Montae read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Saladillo's Jesus Beltran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leo Venceslas in the 13th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Leo Venceslas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 16th minute, Leo Venceslas fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Leo Venceslas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jesus Beltran having to make a save. Patricio Mirande kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Jesus Beltran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leo Venceslas in the 20th minute of the match. The supporters of Rinconadilla booed when Saladillo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Mirande didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 22 minutes, Leo Venceslas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rinconadilla's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leo Venceslas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 24 minutes into the match, Saladillo's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Venceslas came free, but Jesus Beltran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th match minute, Rinconadilla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aquilino Regis to maneuver through the defense. When Adolfo Muc came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Saladillo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adolfo Muc couldn't finish the play. Marcos Haritzeder hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Leo Venceslas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jesus Beltran read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Edgard Dominic made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Saladillo's Patricio Mirande got a free kick in the 51st minute. If Leo Venceslas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 60 minutes, Benigno Richie managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rinconadilla's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benigno Richie was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rinconadilla's Benigno Richie got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Edgard Dominic fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anastasio Montae having to interfere. In the 89th minute Leo Venceslas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jesus Beltran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 92 played minutes Saladillo got a freekick which was hit by Marcial Karmel. Jesus Beltran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benigno Richie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Saladillo succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Rinconadilla had controlled the match.
