Prudencio Aguirre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Abelardo Herensuge managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manteca Ahtletic's supporters rose to their feet, but Abelardo Herensuge was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Prudencio Aguirre breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Prudencio Aguirre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florencio Emeterio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cesar Segio took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Prudencio Aguirre. Prudencio Aguirre dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Dylan Sherwood hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Prudencio Aguirre came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Manteca Ahtletic's Abelardo Herensuge. But to his dismay, Abelardo Herensuge quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 16th minute, Alonzo Breogan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcelino Arixo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guaberto Incendio having to interfere. Cesar Segio scored 0-3 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Prudencio Aguirre, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Guardamonte AFC's Placido Jatsu quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Maurinho Guerra, made in the 30th minute of the game. Guaberto Incendio made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Orlando Calixto sent off a good shot on target. Prudencio Aguirre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cesar Segio in the 34th minute of play. Pascual Ariando hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Prudencio Aguirre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leopoldo Tonio in the 39th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Guardamonte AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Cesar Segio came free, but Prudencio Aguirre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 45 minutes of play, Guardamonte AFC's Eriberto Eron made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Guaberto Incendio was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Guardamonte AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Manteca Ahtletic were winning 1-3.

In the 52nd minute, Abelardo Herensuge made a precise shot to the right of Prudencio Aguirre. Guardamonte AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. In the 55th minute, Placido Jatsu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abelardo Herensuge kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Abelardo Herensuge could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Prudencio Aguirre made a huge save. If Leopoldo Tonio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Prudencio Aguirre made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cesar Segio in the 69th minute. Guardamonte AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 71st minute, when Florencio Emeterio scored to the left of an out of position Prudencio Aguirre, making the score, 1-5. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abelardo Herensuge got free with Prudencio Aguirre in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Manteca Ahtletic players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
