In the 5th minute, Andres Norino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. eAntonio Martinelli charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed eAntonio Martinelli the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 7 played minutes Penca FC got a freekick which was hit by eAntonio Martinelli. Andres Norino struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Erasmo Cheche didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Penca FC. With his leg Erasmo Cheche managed to avoid a goal in the 16thth minute, when Penca FC's Andres Norino fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Andres Norino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erasmo Cheche having to interfere. When Adolfo Gau came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the LionsFord F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adolfo Gau couldn't finish the play. Oscar Remicio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adolfo Gau in the 25th minute of the match. In the 27th minute, Adolfo Gau made a precise shot to the right of Oscar Remicio. Penca FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. When Modesto Gonzalez came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the LionsFord F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Modesto Gonzalez couldn't finish the play. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Penca FC's goalkeeper Oscar Remicio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 35 played minutes LionsFord F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Celso Mancio. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Andres Norino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Penca FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Andres Norino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erasmo Cheche breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Adolfo Gau took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Oscar Remicio. Oscar Remicio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After the first half LionsFord F.C. were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adolfo Gau stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Andres Norino struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Erasmo Cheche didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Penca FC. 57 minutes into the game, Andres Norino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Erasmo Cheche was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Erasmo Cheche stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andres Norino's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andres Norino in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Erasmo Cheche prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Oscar Remicio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Modesto Gonzalez in the 63rd minute of the match. Erasmo Cheche made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andres Norino in the 71st minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, Penca FC's goalkeeper Oscar Remicio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adolfo Gau. 76 minutes into the match, Penca FC's goalkeeper Oscar Remicio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adolfo Gau.
