Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gogo Ramos took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 2nd minute of the match, Enzo Bazkoare got a very nice opportunity to score, but Anibal Manuelo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. A collision led to Varela FC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Jonathan Barros hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Enzo Bazkoare got free with Anibal Manuelo in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 11 minutes into the match, Varela FC's goal looked a bit too open when Teobaldo Ortle came free, but Anibal Manuelo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anibal Manuelo was out of position in the 12 minute of play, and Enzo Bazkoare capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Enzo Bazkoare really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 15 minutes into the match, Atlanta F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Gogo Ramos came free, but Florencio Koldobika reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anibal Manuelo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enzo Bazkoare, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. When Jeronimo Elazar came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Atlanta F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jeronimo Elazar couldn't finish the play. Anibal Manuelo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jeronimo Elazar showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 24 minute of play. After 26 minutes, Teobaldo Ortle mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atlanta F.C and the Varela FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 34 minutes into the match, Varela FC's goalkeeper Anibal Manuelo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enzo Bazkoare. In the 36th minute, Gogo Ramos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Florencio Koldobika was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 46 minutes into the match, Enzo Bazkoare had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anibal Manuelo. Varela FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Enzo Bazkoare was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jeronimo Elazar to strike the kick off in the second half. Varela FC's Gogo Ramos got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 55 played minutes Varela FC got a freekick which was hit by Gogo Ramos. Anibal Manuelo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enzo Bazkoare, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anibal Manuelo came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Atlanta F.C's Jeronimo Elazar. But to his dismay, Jeronimo Elazar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Anibal Manuelo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teobaldo Ortle, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Varela FC were furious when Celedonio Mede was red carded, 63 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 64th minute, Celedonio Mede hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Danilo Mergildo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 65th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 66 minutes into the match, Enzo Bazkoare notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Varela FC's Anibal Manuelo. Anibal Manuelo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jeronimo Elazar in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anibal Manuelo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Florencio Koldobika was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Siro Virila showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-2 in the 76 minute of play. Atlanta F.C's defense didn't have a chance, in the 80th minute, when Siro Virila scored to the left of an out of position Florencio Koldobika, making the score, 5-3. Anibal Manuelo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teobaldo Ortle in the 85th minute of the match. Varela FC's Anibal Manuelo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teobaldo Ortle in the 86th minute of play. In the 87th match minute, Varela FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jairo Claude to maneuver through the defense. Gerardo Afonso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florencio Koldobika having to interfere. Atlanta F.C's Florencio Koldobika played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gogo Ramos in the 93rd minute of play. Florencio Koldobika took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gogo Ramos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 96th match minute, Varela FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Barros to maneuver through the defense. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Atlanta F.C had played much better football throughout.
