A collision led to Carolina getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Julio Baraquiel hit a great ball. 8 minutes into the game, one of Carolina :s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Carmen FC a penalty, 10 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Rafael Mosen, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Carolina 's Cornelio Gipuzkoa. 0-1. Ariel Kaiet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Cornelio Gipuzkoa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Delmiro Odol didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ignacio Tuste went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Carolina 's Cornelio Gipuzkoa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danilo Heli in the 22nd minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Carmen FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ignacio Tuste came free, but Delmiro Odol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute, Rafael Mosen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Carmen FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. When Celedonio Lazcano fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Carolina 's protests and gave Celedonio Lazcano a yellow card for diving instead. Celedonio Lazcano hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. In the 46th minute, Angel Pitin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Carolina players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ignacio Tuste fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delmiro Odol having to interfere. 62 minutes into the game, Amado Frederik cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Delmiro Odol was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Carmen FC's Higinio Mantzio suffered a sore thigh after 64 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 64 minutes into the game, Luis Ritchie was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carolina 's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Carmen FC the free kick.
