If Filomeno Maore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Indacochea booed when Boca Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erubiel Txurio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Indacochea's Valentin Tino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Indacochea from getting a goal against them. When Filomeno Maore fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Indacochea's protests and gave Filomeno Maore a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Indacochea getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Filomeno Maore hit a great ball. In the 29th minute, Augusto Maranhense got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 30 minutes into the match, Augusto Maranhense dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Valentin Tino, 1-0. In the 34th minute, Indacochea's Aquiles Sazon seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Aquiles Sazon the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Indacochea protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Aquiles Sazon had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Indacochea fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 33rd minute. Penalty! When Prospero Janpier came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Indacochea fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Prospero Janpier couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filomeno Maore in the 40th minute of play forced Boca Juniors's goalkeeper Seth Bass to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Boca Juniors's Emanuel Salvator got a free kick in the 41st minute. 42 minutes into the match, Boca Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Filomeno Maore came free, but Seth Bass reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 45th minute Remigio Karlo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Seth Bass saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Filomeno Maore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Erubiel Txurio to strike the kick off in the second half. Valentin Tino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Erubiel Txurio's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. With an all-out effort, Indacochea's Seth Bass threw himself towards the right post 58 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Prospero Janpier, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Filomeno Maore fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Seth Bass having to interfere. Erubiel Txurio hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 78th minute, Prospero Janpier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rogelio Euloxu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Seth Bass tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 91st minute, Indacochea's Prospero Janpier dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. Indacochea's Valentin Tino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Maranhense in the 95th minute of play. A collision led to Indacochea getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Prospero Janpier hit a great ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
