The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fulgencio Celino during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 12th minute, Fulgencio Celino made a precise shot to the right of Arnaldo Montez. Fulton's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hipolito Iago got free with Lorenzo Caetano in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 16th minute Evelio Constancio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnaldo Montez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, Prudencio Gomez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lorenzo Caetano. Alicia FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Prudencio Gomez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Prudencio Gomez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Prudencio Gomez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Evelio Constancio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Alicia FC's Francisco Steven got a free kick in the 30th minute. If Prudencio Gomez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Prudencio Gomez in the 37thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lorenzo Caetano, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Fulton's Arnaldo Montez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fulgencio Celino in the 39th minute of play. In the 42nd minute of the match, Prudencio Gomez tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Lorenzo Caetano saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulgencio Celino in the 44th minute of play forced Fulton's goalkeeper Arnaldo Montez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arnaldo Montez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evelio Constancio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Prudencio Gomez was the one to do the kick off. Lorenzo Caetano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prudencio Gomez in the 52nd minute of play. Arnaldo Montez came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Alicia FC's Evelio Constancio. But to his dismay, Evelio Constancio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After a rather tough play, Alicia FC's Evelio Constancio got a free kick in the 59th minute. In the 62nd minute Prudencio Gomez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lorenzo Caetano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arnaldo Montez made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Evelio Constancio sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice moves Evelio Constancio could shoot a difficult shot in the 75th minute, which Arnaldo Montez however easily saved by the left post. If Prudencio Gomez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aureliano Palban received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Lorenzo Caetano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Alicia FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
