A very good chance. 19 minutes into the match, Errecaborda's goal looked a bit too open when Maximiliano Oto came free, but Rogelio Peter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 21 minutes, Albano Gudesteo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 23rd minute Vinicio Garci shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albano Gudesteo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Melchor Demesio made a kick off. When Salvador Eate fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Errecaborda's protests and gave Salvador Eate a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Errecaborda's Salvador Eate got a free kick in the 51st minute. In the 69thth minute of the game Melchor Demesio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Errecaborda's Rogelio Peter was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Inocencio Nesto in the 71st minute of play forced Caleufú's goalkeeper Albano Gudesteo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 74 minutes into the game, one of Caleufú:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The audience was convinced that Vinicio Garci's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Albano Gudesteo was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game.
