Godfredo Arano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nemesio Ganix in the 37th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Serafin Vermudo in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Godfredo Arano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Godfredo Arano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafin Vermudo in the 52nd minute of play. Godfredo Arano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serafin Vermudo in the 59th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristobal Urko got free with Clodoveo Lohitzun in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Many of Nono's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Nono may have spent more time on the ball, but Batea FC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
