Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) CUERVERIA's Guido Calixto started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Chapulines booed when CUERVERIA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guido Calixto didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Gerardo Papo came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Chapulines fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gerardo Papo couldn't finish the play. CUERVERIA's Uriel Toribio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save CUERVERIA from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Abel Porfiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chapulines's supporters rose to their feet, but Abel Porfiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Uriel Toribio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 20 played minutes Chapulines got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Azibar. 楚思榕 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guido Calixto, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. If Guido Calixto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, CUERVERIA's Vinicio Hunfredo got a free kick in the 27th minute. 45 minutes into the match, CUERVERIA's goalkeeper Uriel Toribio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abel Porfiro. Abel Porfiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gerardo Papo was the one to do the kick off. Vinicio Hunfredo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chapulines made a substitution. Candido Santos replaced Abel Porfiro. Uriel Toribio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerardo Papo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 67th match minute, CUERVERIA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guido Calixto to maneuver through the defense. Uriel Toribio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerardo Papo in the 68th minute of play. Uriel Toribio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Candido Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. After a defensive mix-up in CUERVERIA's zone, Angelo Azibar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Uriel Toribio came out of the goal and Angelo Azibar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind CUERVERIA's goalkeeper Uriel Toribio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Uriel Toribio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Candido Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. 85 minutes into the match, CUERVERIA's goal looked a bit too open when Candido Santos came free, but Uriel Toribio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Candido Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chapulines made a substitution. Santo Javiar replaced Isaias Reno. In the 90th minute Gerardo Papo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uriel Toribio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. CUERVERIA's Uriel Toribio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerardo Papo in the 92nd minute of play. 94 minutes into the game, Gerardo Papo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Uriel Toribio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee ended the match the Chapulines players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
