Dario Senio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Serafin Llanos went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Fulgencio Lia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Dario Senio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Fulgencio Lia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Deportivo fernet fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Dario Senio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fulgencio Lia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dario Senio was a little too slow when Fulgencio Lia got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 32nd minute. The score was now 3-0. Generoso Perpinya kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Dario Senio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Serafin Llanos in the 44th minute. 46 minutes into the match, Deportivo fernet's goal looked a bit too open when Generoso Perpinya came free, but Lorenzo Erruki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Generoso Perpinya was the one to do the kick off. Serafin Llanos scored 4-0 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dario Senio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Serafin Llanos managed to get in a good position for a shot. In the 89th minute, Serafin Llanos made a precise shot to the right of Dario Senio. Escobar AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-2. After a rather tough play, Escobar AFC's Erasmo Raphael got a free kick in the 92nd minute. In the 93rd minute of the match Norberto Salomon sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dario Senio skillfully saved the ball. Norberto Salomon hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. Deportivo fernet's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
