Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Leandro Martxel got the match started through his kick off. The May Day fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sixto Onofre should have stopped the shot. Ernesto Peruanton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Placido Medardo fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored May Day's protests and gave Placido Medardo a yellow card for diving instead. Placido Medardo kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. A collision led to May Day getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Placido Medardo hit a great ball. Ernesto Peruanton blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Severo Ferrer having to make a save. May Day's Sixto Onofre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Segundo Berasko in the 41st minute of play. Sixto Onofre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Segundo Berasko in the 42nd minute of the match. 47 minutes into the match, Palermo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ernesto Peruanton came free, but Severo Ferrer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 47 minutes, Abelardo Peyo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the May Day and the Palermo FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 48th minute, Abelardo Peyo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. In the 64th minute of the match, Conrado Abreu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Sixto Onofre was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 70 minutes into the match, Ernesto Peruanton had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Severo Ferrer. Palermo FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ernesto Peruanton was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Segundo Berasko blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sixto Onofre having to make a save. A hard shot 77 in the game by Segundo Berasko from a close distance when the talented Sixto Onofre managed to make a qualified save. May Day's players were relieved. Sixto Onofre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Conrado Abreu in the 79th minute of play. Segundo Berasko's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Sixto Onofre firmly grabbed it by the left post. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
