With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabian Pirmin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 23rd minute, Jesus Argi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fabian Pirmin. The goal made the score 1-1. In the 27th minute of the match Ovidio Kaiet sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fabian Pirmin skillfully saved the ball. In the 29th minute Generoso Urdin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Pirmin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A very good chance. 38 minutes into the game, Trejos FC's Ovidio Kaiet nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fabian Pirmin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Constantino Gartzea struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Niceto Camerino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ATL. CORDOBA. In the 44th minute, Ubaldo Confesor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 45th match minute, Trejos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Generoso Urdin to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Ubaldo Confesor's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Niceto Camerino was relentless in the 47th minute of the game.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ovidio Kaiet was the one to do the kick off. ATL. CORDOBA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ruperto Karlo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Trejos FC fully deserved thier win.
