Aquilino Seguinus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruperto Karlo, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Cesar Hondo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Tifon de Liniers's Aquilino Seguinus got control of the ball when Jesus Argi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tifon de Liniers's defense didn't have a chance, in the 11th minute, when Jesus Argi scored to the left of an out of position Aquilino Seguinus, making the score, 1-0. A collision led to Trejos FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Janusz Zacharzewski hit a great ball. In the 16th minute, Arsenio Enetz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tifon de Liniers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Niceto Camerino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesar Hondo, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. After 44 played minutes Tifon de Liniers got a freekick which was hit by Amadeo Natal. Ruperto Karlo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Aquilino Seguinus was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 66 minutes, Ovidio Kaiet made it 4-3 with a short kick to the right side. Tifon de Liniers's Aquilino Seguinus tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match clock showed 73 minutes, the score became 5-3 when Ovidio Kaiet sped through Tifon de Liniers's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Aquilino Seguinus. Ovidio Kaiet kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. In the 83rd minute, Timoteo Madaleno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by Severo Orkatz from long distance, 85 minutes into the match, got Niceto Camerino's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 90 minutes into the game, Maximo Nayely was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tifon de Liniers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Trejos FC the free kick. Maximo Nayely hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Maximo Nayely was shown his second yellow card after 93 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Maximo Nayely kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. After 95 minutes, Ovidio Gabrio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Trejos FC and the Tifon de Liniers players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Tifon de Liniers booed when Trejos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ovidio Gabrio didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Trejos FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Tifon de Liniers had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
