Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Gonzalo Millano made the kick off which started today's match. Patricio Bonadona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paolo Salvino having to interfere. When Ernesto Lugo came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the FC Palermo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ernesto Lugo couldn't finish the play. Raimundo Lawrence hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. In the 10th match minute, FC Palermo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arturo Honrio to maneuver through the defense. In the 15th minute, Patricio Bonadona left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Palermo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Anselmo Flor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 24 minutes, Danilo Matro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bombay FC and the FC Palermo players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Bombay FC's Gonzalo Millano in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Palermo's goalie prevented a goal. Patricio Bonadona's late challenge caught a Bombay FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patricio Bonadona helped the player get up and apologised. In the 33rd minute, Patricio Bonadona hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Gonzalo Millano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Armando Saturnin was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. 40 minutes into the game, Bombay FC's Gonzalo Millano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Armando Saturnin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. An unexpected shot in the 45th minute by Romeo Txartiko got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Patricio Bonadona was the one to do the kick off. After 53 played minutes Bombay FC got a freekick which was hit by Danilo Matro. Gonzalo Millano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonzalo Millano in the 60th minute of play forced FC Palermo's goalkeeper Armando Saturnin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 61 minutes into the game, Emiliano Artal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Palermo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bombay FC the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in FC Palermo fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 60th minute. Penalty! Emiliano Artal kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 83rd minute, Víktor Urbano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Palermo's Ernesto Lugo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Paolo Salvino. That made the score 2-2 after 89 minutes of play. After a defensive mix-up in FC Palermo's zone, Romeo Txartiko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Armando Saturnin came out of the goal and Romeo Txartiko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Bombay FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
