Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Uriel Cuarto in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aquilino Ihintza prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 12 minutes into the match, AS Casa Vieja's goal looked a bit too open when Gilberto Escobar came free, but Mauricio Alonso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mauricio Alonso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Jatsu in the 18th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Uriel Cuarto in the 19th minute of play forced C.A.parque patricios's goalkeeper Aquilino Ihintza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Cirilo Goiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Desiderio Karlo hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Desiderio Karlo charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Desiderio Karlo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 27th minute, Desiderio Karlo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. C.A.parque patricios's Carolo Lertxun pulled a muscle in his leg after 28 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Wilfredo Turi's late challenge caught a C.A.parque patricios's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wilfredo Turi helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to AS Casa Vieja getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Wilfredo Turi hit a great ball. Mauricio Alonso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mario Jatsu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mario Jatsu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Mauricio Alonso made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Domingo Xacintu took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Mauricio Alonso to make any attempt to save it. Lucio Garin succeeded in the game's 43rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Uriel Cuarto to make the kick off. After 54 minutes of play, AS Casa Vieja's Uriel Cuarto made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aquilino Ihintza was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mario Jatsu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauricio Alonso having to interfere. In the 65th minute Casimiro Sotil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauricio Alonso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Haroldo Selmo made in the 66th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Siro Ignado however managed to control. When Leonardo Pelayo came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the AS Casa Vieja fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonardo Pelayo couldn't finish the play. 72 minutes into the game, Mario Jatsu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Mauricio Alonso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. AS Casa Vieja's Mauricio Alonso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mario Jatsu in the 76th minute of play. Aquilino Ihintza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Uriel Cuarto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind C.A.parque patricios's goalkeeper Aquilino Ihintza, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Aldo Idacio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Mauricio Alonso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 85 minutes into the game, Gilberto Escobar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Mauricio Alonso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 91st minute, Mario Jatsu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 96th match minute, AS Casa Vieja was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Everardo Mambru to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The C.A.parque patricios fans cheered their team off the field, for while AS Casa Vieja had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
