Severino Iliana didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Guaberto Medardo went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. 32 minutes into the game, Fernando Fagondo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. matador's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fútbol Nación the free kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 孔博洋 in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eliseo Maura saved Fútbol Nación from getting behind. 孔博洋 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Placido Kaiet got free with Severino Iliana in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 46 played minutes Fútbol Nación got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Alvarez. Ronaldo Lira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Eliseo Maura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

After having played for 55 minutes, 孔博洋 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. matador's supporters crossed their fingers, but 孔博洋 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
