With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabricio Erdiano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Maizales FC defense, Guaberto Sasoin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabricio Erdiano. The Maizales FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabricio Erdiano should have stopped the shot. Saverio Corderall took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fabricio Erdiano. Fabricio Erdiano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Marcelo Dolcet kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Belgrano de Cordoba's Roque Acevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgardo Balasi in the 26th minute of play. Belgrano de Cordoba's Saverio Corderall quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Segundo Benitez, made in the 31st minute of the game. Guaberto Sasoin might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fabricio Erdiano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Guaberto Sasoin ran back to his position shaking his head. Saverio Corderall struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Fabricio Erdiano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Belgrano de Cordoba. Guaberto Sasoin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Fabricio Erdiano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The wind increased when Guaberto Sasoin made the kick off in the second half. Belgrano de Cordoba's Guaberto Sasoin got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Guaberto Sasoin scored 0-3 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fabricio Erdiano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fabricio Erdiano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Guaberto Sasoin in the 66th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guaberto Sasoin in the 68th minute of play forced Maizales FC's goalkeeper Fabricio Erdiano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Maizales FC's Bernabe Arotza got a free kick in the 71st minute. Maizales FC's players were relieved. 75 minutes into the game, Teobaldo Abreu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Maizales FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Belgrano de Cordoba the free kick. After a rather tough play, Maizales FC's Teobaldo Abreu got a free kick in the 76th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Saverio Corderall managed to get in a good position for a shot. Belgrano de Cordoba's supporters rose to their feet, but Saverio Corderall was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabricio Erdiano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Belgrano de Cordoba's Roque Acevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ildefonso Ibar in the 79th minute of play. Fabricio Erdiano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horacio Astigar in the 94th minute of play. The Maizales FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Belgrano de Cordoba were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
