Narciso Guillem showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulises Ruisko in the 8th minute of the match. In the 10th match minute, Chacarita Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lino Rocendo to maneuver through the defense. 13 minutes into the match, Chacarita Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Julio Raymond came free, but Marciano Reyes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ulises Ruisko came free with the goalkeeper in the 14th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Narciso Guillem could save by the left post. Ciriaco Chorache kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chacarita Juniors's goalkeeper Marciano Reyes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Julio Raymond received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Marciano Reyes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Ciriaco Chorache came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the los xeneises fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ciriaco Chorache couldn't finish the play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Apolo Arias was the one to do the kick off. Marciano Reyes stood somewhat misplaced when Julio Raymond came free in front of goal and shot 0-3 to the left of him in the 52 minute. los xeneises fc's Julio Raymond got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Orlando Tomi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Narciso Guillem showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lino Rocendo, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 68th minute, Julio Raymond got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ceferino Lazcano in the 70th minute of play forced Chacarita Juniors's goalkeeper Marciano Reyes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Chacarita Juniors's Marciano Reyes got control of the ball when Julio Raymond tried to sneak it across the goal line. Julio Raymond blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marciano Reyes having to make a save. After 93 played minutes Chacarita Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Cipriano Aresti. Lino Rocendo hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. los xeneises fc's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
