Edgard Gabino scored 1-0 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hilario Frasco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 10th minute Miloslav Jurek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hilario Frasco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Angelo Ishmael showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osvaldo Medina, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 12th minute, Carlos Abilio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 16th minute, Luciano Salamon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luciano Salamon might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hilario Frasco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luciano Salamon ran back to his position shaking his head. Luciano Salamon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hilario Frasco having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, Atlanta MdP's goalkeeper Hilario Frasco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luciano Salamon. Angelo Ishmael showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iker Eguntsenti in the 24th minute of the match. Eusebio Mincho kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Atlanta MdP's Leopoldo Lluc got a free kick in the 29th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Luciano Salamon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sarmiento AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Luciano Salamon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Sarmiento AFC had played much better football throughout.
