With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabricio Teofilio in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alonzo Pere saved Luca from getting behind. Cipriano Belasko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 34thth minute of the game Fabricio Teofilio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Luca's Alonzo Pere was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Gaudencio Mogel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 41 minutes into the match, ClubAtléticoIndependiente's goalkeeper Francesco Taccone had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cipriano Belasko. After the first half ClubAtléticoIndependiente were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fabricio Teofilio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fabricio Teofilio's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 52ndth minute, Alonzo Pere skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Alonzo Pere was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fabricio Teofilio showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 54 minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Luca's goal looked a bit too open when Anibal Jakue came free, but Alonzo Pere reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luca's Alonzo Pere proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Luca from getting a goal against them. In the 91st minute, Luca's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Luisito Librado fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 92nd match minute, ClubAtléticoIndependiente was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Everardo Orixe to maneuver through the defense. After 93 played minutes, Luca's Pedro Menendo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Francesco Taccone came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Luca reached it. Luisito Librado's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Alonzo Pere firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 96 minutes, Everardo Orixe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ClubAtléticoIndependiente and the Luca players grew even worse after the yellow card. Everardo Orixe kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Pedro Menendo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Luca's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedro Menendo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Francesco Taccone breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. ClubAtléticoIndependiente's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
