Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when David Paskal made the kick off which started today's match. Manuel Kepa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Federico Bermudo in the 5th minute. In the 5th match minute, Maipú was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albino Estebano to maneuver through the defense. In the 9th minute Delmar Stanislao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Cheche saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tobias Monte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 12th match minute, Maipú was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anier Gaitano to maneuver through the defense. Federico Bermudo spun around in front of the goal 13 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Maipú's goal. Joel Cheche made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Paskal in the 15th minute of play. Joel Cheche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delmar Stanislao, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Manuel Kepa came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Estrugamou's Federico Bermudo. But to his dismay, Federico Bermudo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 28th minute, Tobias Monte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joel Cheche made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Erroman in the 30th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Estrugamou's goal looked a bit too open when David Paskal came free, but Joel Cheche reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th minute David Paskal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Cheche saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Estrugamou getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Fausto Nabar hit a great ball. 36 minutes into the match, Estrugamou's goal looked a bit too open when David Paskal came free, but Joel Cheche reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manuel Kepa acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 39th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Timoteo Gonsalve. After a rather tough play, Maipú's Candido Min got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling David Paskal in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joel Cheche prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Federico Bermudo made a kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Damaso Balesio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Estrugamou's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Maipú the free kick. In the 53rd match minute, Estrugamou was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damaso Balesio to maneuver through the defense. 54 minutes into the match, Maipú's Delmar Stanislao sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joel Cheche narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Maipú's zone, Federico Bermudo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manuel Kepa came out of the goal and Federico Bermudo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Maipú getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Alvaro Erroman hit a great ball. Federico Bermudo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 62nd minute, Damaso Balesio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Candido Min fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Maipú's protests and gave Candido Min a yellow card for diving instead. Candido Min hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Joel Cheche made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Paskal in the 72nd minute of play. The supporters of Maipú booed when Estrugamou was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fausto Nabar didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tobias Monte in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Manuel Kepa saved Maipú from getting behind. Alvaro Erroman came free with the goalkeeper in the 90th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Joel Cheche could save by the left post. Manuel Kepa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Federico Bermudo in the 93rd minute of the match. In the 95th minute, Rigoberto Osasun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Delmar Stanislao got free with Joel Cheche in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Estrugamou fans cheered their team off the field, for while Maipú had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
