Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Camilo Oalo started the match with the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Leon Ruisko managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ampigaju's supporters rose to their feet, but Leon Ruisko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacinto Pedroso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jacinto Pedroso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leon Ruisko's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 32 minutes into the game, Sixto Lizardi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LA GUATA F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ampigaju the free kick. In the 33rd minute, Sixto Lizardi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. LA GUATA F.C's Jacinto Pedroso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leon Ruisko in the 39th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Teobaldo Gomez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, LA GUATA F.C's goalkeeper Jacinto Pedroso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pascual Iban. 54 minutes into the match, Zeledon Vela had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jacinto Pedroso. LA GUATA F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zeledon Vela was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 57th minute, Ampigaju's Leon Ruisko ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jacinto Pedroso. Jacinto Pedroso yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Camilo Oalo got free with Jacinto Pedroso in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 70th minute Leon Ruisko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacinto Pedroso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jacinto Pedroso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leon Ruisko, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Camilo Oalo put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Jacinto Pedroso. Ampigaju's Igor Remir was substituted for Armando Senon. With a little luck, LA GUATA F.C's Jacinto Pedroso got control of the ball when Camilo Oalo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ampigaju's Fabricio Gonsalve shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 90th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Jacinto Pedroso but with some difficulty. Ampigaju's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
