After 5 minutes of play, Glew AFC's Filomeno Toro made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ermegildo Hanni was left in no man's land by his defense there! Romeo Lope's late challenge caught a Estrella de plata F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Romeo Lope helped the player get up and apologised. Filomeno Toro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 13th match minute, Estrella de plata F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luisito Chago to maneuver through the defense. After 16 minutes, Filomeno Toro made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Estrella de plata F.C.'s Ermegildo Hanni tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Filomeno Toro got free with Ermegildo Hanni in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 24 played minutes Estrella de plata F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Luisito Chago. Filomeno Toro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Ermegildo Hanni made a huge save. A collision led to Estrella de plata F.C. getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Clodoveo Isusko hit a great ball. When Ignacio Scocco came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Estrella de plata F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ignacio Scocco couldn't finish the play. Patricio Ruisko struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Elias Bazkoare didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Estrella de plata F.C.. After a rather tough play, Estrella de plata F.C.'s Leandro Eron got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Estrella de plata F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 44th minute, when Filomeno Toro scored to the left of an out of position Ermegildo Hanni, making the score, 3-0. Eloy Presebal kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Filomeno Toro made a kick off. Elias Bazkoare made an important save on a dangerous shot by Honorio Atauri in the 56th minute. In the 58th minute, Filomeno Toro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Glew AFC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Claudio Blai hit a great ball. A collision led to Estrella de plata F.C. getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Tomas Chale hit a great ball. 72 minutes into the match, Glew AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ignacio Scocco came free, but Elias Bazkoare reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 73 played minutes Estrella de plata F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Clodoveo Isusko. 76 minutes into the match, Glew AFC's goalkeeper Elias Bazkoare had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Honorio Atauri. After a rather tough play, Estrella de plata F.C.'s Remigio Lucado got a free kick in the 77th minute. In the 82nd minute of the match Aldo Raphael shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ermegildo Hanni showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ignacio Scocco kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. In the 86th minute, Tomas Chale hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 87th minute of the match Claudio Blai sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ermegildo Hanni skillfully saved the ball. In the 92nd minute Ignacio Scocco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elias Bazkoare saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 93rd match minute, Glew AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eloy Quintan to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Estrella de plata F.C. booed when Glew AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romeo Lope didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 98 minutes, Ignacio Scocco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Estrella de plata F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Ignacio Scocco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Estrella de plata F.C. players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Glew AFC.
