When Cirilo Monte came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Lørenskog fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cirilo Monte couldn't finish the play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 13 minutes into the game, when Iker Hodei put in a rough tackle. In the 13th minute, one of Lemonpai:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Lemonpai. In the 15th minute there was a penalty for Lørenskog. Isidro Loramendi stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Evelio Sabin. 1-1. 21 minutes into the match, Lemonpai's goal looked a bit too open when Cirilo Monte came free, but Evelio Sabin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute, Ladislao Frascuelo made a precise shot to the right of Jacobo Gaitano. Lørenskog's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. In the 40th minute, Ladislao Frascuelo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Evelio Sabin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquin Mouricio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cirilo Monte took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Evelio Sabin. Evelio Sabin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Cirilo Monte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 67th minute, Cirilo Monte made a precise shot to the right of Evelio Sabin. Lemonpai's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. Joaquin Mouricio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Evelio Sabin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Lørenskog's zone, Evaristo Sayvion stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacobo Gaitano came out of the goal and Evaristo Sayvion tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Joaquin Mouricio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ladislao Frascuelo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Jacobo Gaitano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd match minute, Lørenskog was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel Lizbeth to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rosendo Eguerdi got free with Evelio Sabin in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Lemonpai defense, Cirilo Monte kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Evelio Sabin. The Lemonpai fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Evelio Sabin should have stopped the shot. The Lemonpai supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Lørenskog's performance. The match ended with a win for Lørenskog.
