Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Cristobal Serapio made the kick off and thus started the match. An unexpected shot in the 3rd minute by Augusto Nataniel got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After a defensive mix-up in Racedo's zone, Cristobal Serapio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jimeno Brion came out of the goal and Cristobal Serapio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jimeno Brion made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Augusto Nataniel sent off a good shot on target. Cristobal Serapio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimeno Brion having to interfere. Jimeno Brion made an important save on a dangerous shot by Augusto Nataniel in the 11th minute. Pablo Tohias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Hegoi having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Augusto Nataniel got free with Jimeno Brion in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Racedo's Jimeno Brion played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristobal Serapio in the 20th minute of play. When Augusto Nataniel came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the C. A. EL RAYO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Augusto Nataniel couldn't finish the play. Racedo's Igor Harri got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 26thth minute of the game Pablo Tohias who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C. A. EL RAYO's Benito Hegoi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cristobal Serapio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Augusto Nataniel took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jimeno Brion. Jimeno Brion dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Racedo's Jimeno Brion proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Racedo from getting a goal against them. If Pablo Tohias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Igor Harri to strike the kick off in the second half. Jimeno Brion made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristobal Serapio in the 53rd minute of play. In the 53rd minute, Cristobal Serapio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C. A. EL RAYO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Augusto Nataniel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, C. A. EL RAYO's Benito Hegoi got control of the ball when Serafin Oskitz tried to sneak it across the goal line. C. A. EL RAYO's Augusto Nataniel got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jimeno Brion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristobal Serapio in the 64th minute of the match. If Augusto Nataniel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristobal Serapio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 75 minutes into the match, Serafin Oskitz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Hegoi. C. A. EL RAYO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Serafin Oskitz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Benito Hegoi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Igor Harri's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. Augusto Nataniel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Jimeno Brion tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th minute Cristobal Serapio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jimeno Brion saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Cristobal Serapio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jimeno Brion was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristobal Serapio in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jimeno Brion saved Racedo from getting behind. Cristobal Serapio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jimeno Brion read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. After 95 played minutes Racedo got a freekick which was hit by Domingos Iratxo. After some careless play in the Racedo defense, Augusto Nataniel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jimeno Brion. The Racedo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jimeno Brion should have stopped the shot. C. A. EL RAYO were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Racedo for a fine match.
