Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fabian Tauro started the match with the kick off. Pedro Ferdinand made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Guillermo Cresitobalo sent off a good shot on target. Independencia's Pedro Ferdinand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelino Garikoitz in the 7th minute of play. If Angelino Garikoitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Palomitas's Angelino Garikoitz got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 16 minutes into the match, Guillermo Cresitobalo notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Independencia's Pedro Ferdinand. Pedro Ferdinand was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Independencia's Pedro Ferdinand proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Independencia from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Palomitas booed when Independencia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cornelio Reynardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 25 played minutes Palomitas got a freekick which was hit by Emiliano Vellito. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidro Tadzio in the 27th minute of play forced Palomitas's goalkeeper Teodoro Isauro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabian Tauro took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Teodoro Isauro. Teodoro Isauro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The supporters of Palomitas booed when Independencia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geronimo Marko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teodoro Isauro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabian Tauro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the game, Angelino Garikoitz lined in a short shot 2-1 behind a frustrated Pedro Ferdinand. Isidro Tadzio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Independencia getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Benjamin Eleder hit a great ball. The corner ended in Teobaldo Confesor almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Independencia's Pedro Ferdinand did a great save. Pedro Ferdinand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelino Garikoitz in the 45th minute of the match. Vinicio Isaio hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Angelino Garikoitz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Guillermo Cresitobalo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 55th minute Angelino Garikoitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Ferdinand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teodoro Isauro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabian Tauro, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 68th minute, Palomitas's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Cornelio Reynardo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 73rd minute of the match Geronimo Marko shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Teodoro Isauro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Fabian Tauro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Teodoro Isauro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teodoro Isauro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Isidro Tadzio in the 77th minute. Guillermo Cresitobalo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Guillermo Cresitobalo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pedro Ferdinand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guillermo Cresitobalo, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. 87 minutes into the match, Palomitas's Guillermo Cresitobalo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Ferdinand narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Angelino Garikoitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Ferdinand having to interfere.
