Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) UNICOS's Norberto Arlo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 6 played minutes Quilmes A.C. got a freekick which was hit by Ceferino Txaran. Emiliano Iratxo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zula Cwojdak's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zula Cwojdak in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emiliano Iratxo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Emiliano Iratxo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Placido Ekain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Quilmes A.C. defense, Emiliano Reyes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Braulio Sidoro. The Quilmes A.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Braulio Sidoro should have stopped the shot. 23 minutes into the match, Cipriano Benvide dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Braulio Sidoro, 2-0. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Quilmes A.C.'s goalkeeper Braulio Sidoro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 35 minutes into the match, Quilmes A.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Norberto Arlo came free, but Braulio Sidoro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 36 minutes, Zula Cwojdak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quilmes A.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Zula Cwojdak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 38 minutes into the game, Quilmes A.C.'s Filiberto Millrick nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emiliano Iratxo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. 45 minutes into the game, Luciano Chale recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Braulio Sidoro. Luciano Chale showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

After having played for 51 minutes, Filiberto Millrick managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quilmes A.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Filiberto Millrick was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Zula Cwojdak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quilmes A.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Zula Cwojdak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emiliano Iratxo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Zula Cwojdak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Zula Cwojdak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Placido Ekain in the 61st minute of play forced UNICOS's goalkeeper Emiliano Iratxo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zula Cwojdak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luciano Chale's late challenge caught a Quilmes A.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luciano Chale helped the player get up and apologised. After 64 played minutes UNICOS got a freekick which was hit by Luciano Chale. Quilmes A.C.'s Filiberto Millrick got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zula Cwojdak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emiliano Iratxo having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 77th minute by Filiberto Millrick got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. UNICOS's Emiliano Iratxo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save UNICOS from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zula Cwojdak got free with Emiliano Iratxo in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Mariano Inocente came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Quilmes A.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mariano Inocente couldn't finish the play. In the 93rd minute, Anselmo Gorosti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
