Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Raul Inge took the kick off in the first half of the match. 6 minutes into the match, scorpions's Florencio Chuan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vicente Geofredo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arturo Mogel in the 7th minute of play forced scorpions's goalkeeper Erasmo Silvanito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Severino Gergori had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Cristo Urtun fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored scorpions's protests and gave Cristo Urtun a yellow card for diving instead. The referee gave Peña El Cañazo FC a penalty, 13 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Evaristo Bastiaro, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of scorpions's Erasmo Silvanito. 1-0. Eulalio Lluis's late challenge caught a Peña El Cañazo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eulalio Lluis helped the player get up and apologised. In the 29th minute Blas Figueroa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Geofredo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Peña El Cañazo FC's zone, Raul Inge stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vicente Geofredo came out of the goal and Raul Inge tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vicente Geofredo came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by scorpions's Florencio Chuan. But to his dismay, Florencio Chuan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Erasmo Silvanito made an important save on a dangerous shot by Siro Baraquiel in the 47th minute. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Erasmo Silvanito stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Siro Baraquiel's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Florencio Chuan got free with Vicente Geofredo in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Evaristo Bastiaro charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Evaristo Bastiaro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Peña El Cañazo FC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Evaristo Bastiaro hit a great ball. Eulalio Lluis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Vicente Geofredo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Siro Baraquiel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erasmo Silvanito having to interfere. After having played for 64 minutes, Florencio Chuan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. scorpions's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florencio Chuan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 66 minutes into the match, Raul Inge dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Vicente Geofredo, 1-2. Florencio Chuan's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Vicente Geofredo firmly grabbed it by the left post. A collision led to Peña El Cañazo FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Arturo Mogel hit a great ball. Eulalio Lluis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Florencio Chuan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Geofredo having to interfere. Hugo Txilar took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 89th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Vicente Geofredo. Peña El Cañazo FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Eulalio Lluis managed to get in a good position for a shot. scorpions's supporters rose to their feet, but Eulalio Lluis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vicente Geofredo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Florencio Chuan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Geofredo having to interfere. 95 minutes into the match, Peña El Cañazo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eulalio Lluis came free, but Vicente Geofredo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. scorpions played a much better game than Peña El Cañazo FC and deserved their victory. The Peña El Cañazo FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
